John Briggs and Peter Finch | Walking the Valleys exhibition launch at Cwtsh Arts Centre, Newport

From the 22nd January until the 19th February, an exhibition of photographs from Walking the Valleys will be on display at Cwtsh Arts Centre in Newport. Walking the Valleys is a collaboration between Cardiff author Peter Finch and Newport-based American photographer John Briggs. In words and pictures, it describes walks in 15 different Valleys towns and villages, paying homage to their industrial past and examining their post-industrial evolution into the 21st century.

A free launch event for the exhibition will take place on Sunday 22nd January at 2pm. All welcome.
