Deryn Rees-Jones | Pavilion Poetry 2019 Launch

Deryn Rees-Jones is hosting the 2019  launch which marks the fifth birthday of Pavilion Poetry. Deryn will introduce three poets launching their new collections - Mona Arshi, Lieke Marsman and Janette Ayachi. ​ Deryn Rees-Jones is an Eric Gregory Award winner, and The Memory Tray  (Seren, 1995) was shortlisted for a Forward Poetry Prize for Best First Collection. She has published seven collections with Seren, among them Burying the Wren which was on the 2012 TS Eliot Prize shortlist, a Poetry Book Society Recommendation, and a Times Literary Supplement Book of the Year. Her most recent collection What It's Like to be Alive: Selected Poems (Seren, 2016) is a mid-career milestone of this highly acclaimed writer. Her forthcoming collection, Erato, will be published in June 2019. The reading will be followed by a wine reception.
