In 2021 the Welsh Government is celebrating an exciting Wales in Germany season with numerous partners in Germany. This year's British Council Literature Seminar will feature contemporary writing from Wales at the Literaturhaus Stuttgart in partnership with the Welsh Government, Literature Wales, and the cities of Cardiff and Stuttgart. In his new book The Owl House (Seren 2021) Daniel Butler explores mid-Wales in a journey that begins with a pair of barn owls which nested in the barn of his ancient farm house near Rhayader. It is a book for nature lovers of all kinds that comes at a time when our appreciation of the natural world has never been higher.
