POSTPONED INDEFINITELY Wales and Islam: contact, coexistence and conflict in nine centuries of literature. Award-winning poet and critic Dr . Grahame Davies will be delivering a lecture on Wales and Islam to the Honourable Society of Cymmrodorion ​showing the full and surprising story of the Welsh relationship with Islam. The lecture is based on the material of Grahame's 2011 Seren book, The Dragon and the Crescent, which examines nine hundred years of contact between Wales and the Muslim world.
