On Sunday 30th August, Katherine Stansfield will be reading from her new collection We Could Be Anywhere By Now alongside Christina Thatcher, Todd Dillard and Mab Jones in an international  Zoom reading where they'll be exploring physical, emotional and social distances.  Timings: 2:30pm EST7:30pm BST Please email landscapewriting@gmail.com for the link to attend.  You can also find out more on the Facebook event here. 

This Thursday, Presteigne Festival will release a new video as part of their digital festival in which Peter J. Conradi will introduce readings from his book At the Bright Hem of God. The video will be available to view on www.presteignefestival.com until 31 December 2020.  Watch the video. This event is part three of Presteigne Digital's Readings from Border Country series. This Wednesday, Presteigne Festival will release a new video as part of their digital festival in which Nicholas Murray will introduce readings from his books Crossings: A Journey Through Borders and The Yellow Wheelbarrow (Melos Press). In July, the JAM on the Marsh music and arts festival in Kent will be recording a new series of poems by Grahame Davies produced in response to the Covid pandemic.  The sequence of poems has been commissioned by the festival to accompany a performance of Faure's Requiem by the Gesualdo Six ensemble. The concert will be premiered on Youtube on August 14, after being recorded in accordance with strict social distancing regulations.
