Seren at 40 | Poetry Showcase (online)

Seren poetry editor Amy Wack leads our poetry showcase celebrating 40 years of Seren.

The first book published by Seren when it was founded in 1981, was a collection of poetry called The Common Land by Welsh poet Mike Jenkins. As we continue to celebrate our anniversary, we are excited to announce the Seren at 40 Poetry Showcase.

Led by our poetry editor Amy Wack, who is also sadly stepping down at the end of October, this event will feature readings by Rhian Edwards (The Estate Agent's Daughter), Dai George (Karaoke King), Paul Henry (The Glass Aisle), Sheenagh Pugh (Afternoons Go Nowhere), Zoë Skoulding (Footnotes to Water), Katherine Stansfield (We Could Be Anywhere By Now) and Robert Walton (Sax Burglar Blues).

We hope you can join us to celebrate not only 40 years of publishing poetry at Seren, but also Amy's tenure as poetry editor.
