Sarah Wimbush | Michael Marks Awards for Poetry Pamphlets
As one of the poets shortlisted for the Michael Marks Awards 2020, Sarah Wimbush will be reading from her debut pamphlet Bloodlines as part of the Michael Marks Awards for Poetry Pamphlets online awards ceremony on Monday 14 December.
Four Awards will be made, for Publisher, Poet, Illustrator and Poetry in a Celtic Language. The shortlisted poets will each read from their pamphlets, and the publishers will talk about their work this year.
To attend, book your FREE place on the British Library website.
The Michael Marks Awards for Poetry Pamphlets are presented in partnership with the Michael Marks Charitable Trust, the Wordsworth Trust, the TLS and Harvard Center for Hellenic Studies, and in association with the National Library of Wales and the National Library of Scotland.
The Awards celebrate poetry pamphlet publishing in the UK. Poetry pamphlets provide a way for new writers to reach an audience and for established writers to experiment. Join us to hear from the shortlisted poets and publishers and to hear the winners as they are announced.
More details about the Awards can be found on the Michael Marks Awards website.
