"What do we mean when we talk about borders?" Nicholas Murray introduces his latest book, Crossings: A Journey through Borders (Seren) and reads from his poetry collection The Migrant Ship (Melos). Part travel book, part personal journey, part meditation on the meaning of borders, literal and metaphorical, Crossings is also rooted in the author’s thirty-year residence in the Radnor Valley in the border country of Mid-Wales.
Tickets £7.50 unreserved. Refreshments available. Transport Festival Bus departs from Presteigne at 10.30am (Advance return Bus Tickets are bookable online, and attract a 33% discount).
