Take time out to recharge your energy and creativity with Cath Drake. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and improve well-being, clarity, focus and creativity and Kath throws in a sprinkling of poetry for a weekly uplift! Each drop in session focuses on a theme to contribute to positive wellbeing and spark creativity and lasts for half an hour, plus an optional fifteen minutes writing together at the end.
