Take time out to recharge your energy and creativity. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and improve well-being, clarity, focus and creativity. I’ve thrown in a sprinkling of poetry and a session of writing together for a weekly uplift! These six sessions are a fresh start to the day in the UK, or perhaps a wind down in Australia nearing the end of the day. Each session focuses on a theme to spur positive wellbeing, with a prompt for writing. Writing with mindfulness will give your writing a refreshing edge.  WHO is it for?
