
Siobhán Campbell
Siobhán Campbell was born in Dublin, she is a graduate of University College, Dublin. She spent a number of years in New York and San Francisco and worked as Managing Editor of Wolfhound Press. She is on faculty at The Open University where she co-leads the MA in Creative Writing and she is currently researching what creative writing can contribute to cultural recovery in Lebanon. Widely published in the USA and UK, she has won awards in the National, Troubadour and Wigtown International competitions. Her expansive poetry collection includes: The Permanent Wave (Blackstaff Press, 1996), The Cold that Burns (Blackstaff Press, 2000), That Water Speaks in Tongues (Templar Poetry, 2008), Darwin Among the Machines (Rack Press, 2009), Cross-Talk (Seren, 2009), and most recently Heat Signature (Seren, 2017).
